Legend:

- Green filled circle: The employee is available according to our controlling and the working hours are added in the Google calendar settings.
- Green empty circle: The employee is available according to our controlling and based on the working hours 09:00-18:00 (the employee has not added any working hours in the Google calendar settings).
- Orange filled circle: The employee is not available according to our controlling and the working hours added in the Google Calendar settings.
- Orange empty circle: The employee is not available according to our controlling and based on the working hours 09:00-18:00 (the employee has not added any working hours to the Google Calendar settings).

Please note that the Google Calendar API does not reveal the working hours. They are therefore added manually in the application. Please ping Michi if you would like them to be updated.

The time zones are supplied by the Google Calendar API.

If an employee is added to the timezone UTC, this is because the mapping between controlling and Google Calendar API did not work out. In this case we are most likely already aware of it and will try to fix the problem.
